Orange Makes Social Networking Services Mobile With MySocialPlace

Citing the increasing popularity of social networking sites on internet, France Telecom Owned Mobile Service Provider, Orange, has decided to bring some of the prominent social networking sites, including - Facebook, MySpace, and Bebo - in the Orange World.

The company will incorporate different services under the name of MySocialPlace, and it has already announced its successful trials in France and other parts of the world.

In addition to mentioned sites, MySocialPlace also allows UK users to surf Flirtomatic and Pikeko, through its platform.

The service allows the members to receive latest feeds from these websites, which includes viewing profile updates, comments, uploaded pictures, etc.

The service exudes tremendous potential of driving the traffic away from individual networking sites, as it will facilitate in easier and quicker access, thereby helping the websites in retaining its users for a longer duration.

The company is also planning to add these services on home screen of its Orange Signature phones.
