Tracking a withheld caller ID made easy

My thanks to the Engadget guys for posting a video showing how, with a little technical ingenuity, using the Asterisk open source telecoms software and an SIP connection into a minor telco - who kindly rents out such services - it's possible to unmask a withheld ID telephone call.

The task is not for novices, and probably only for peeps in the IP and/or telecoms trade, but it shows what is possible.

Don't blame me if the Plod break down your door if you decide to try this project out though...
