Hong Kong teens arrested over horrific mobile phone sex vid

Now here's a story that will have your morals churning somewhat: it seems that three teenagers - aged between 16 and 19 - have been arrested in Hong Kong in connection with an allegedly violent mobile phone sex video that has been doing the rounds of the HK mobile phone networks.

The clip is reported to be quite large at 108 seconds and police are reportedly concerned as to whether the vid is staged or real.

What makes matters worse - in my humble opinion - is that video appears to have been uploaded on to the BitTorrent network and is reportedly being file-shared around the world.

Now there's the moral quandary. Should the HK mobile phone nets bar the transfer of what could well be a criminal video, or do they allow the video to be bounced from user to user?

And what about the BitTorrent version? What should the world's ISPs do about the video? And where does the law stand as regards any perve that downloads and shares this file?

I told you it was a morally interesting story...
