HP Releases Touchable High Definition Touchsmart PC Series

In a move that may give the Apple Mac desktops a run for their money, HP has launched its new range of TouchSmart IQ800 series of desktop PCs.

This stylish offering from HP boasts of a full HD 25.5-inch high resolution screen, and its advanced touchscreen minimizes the further use of keyboard and mouse as input devices.

The new device packs a massive 640 GB hard drive and Nvidia GeForce GS HD graphic card; further, the HP TouchSmart IQ800 also provides support for Blu-ray and bundles with a setup procedure guide.

In addition to these, the device comes with a built-in webcam, a TV tuner with remote control and four digital speakers.

Further, HP has also announced addition to its Pavillion and HDX laptop range and stated that the new additions will mainly be based on its previously declared Dragon-20 inch laptop.

The new series is all set to cruise in November in UK and is expected to have a price-tag worth GBP1499.

The range will be on sale side by side with the existing Touchsmart IQ500s which was released two months ago.
