Toshiba could easily RAID two of those babies to produce the first Terabyte SSD even if it uses a 3.5-inch enclosure. Unlike traditional spinning hard drives, there shouldn't be much issues getting two 512GB SSDs to work together and, should they be in RAID-0 mode, the sequential read/write speed would rise substantially.
