As Trustedreviews puts it, why No Android? Also no details as to whether the screen is capacitive or resistive. Play.com already lists the phone on their website - Sim Free and Unlocked - but without a selling price. Toshiba already have a number of mobile phones out there including the G810 and the keyboard enabled Protege G910 smartphone.
