Google Stumbles Again As Gmail Becomes Unavailable Again

Our Comments

A smart guy once said that you get what you paid for. In Google's case, don't expect the sky when you paid zilch. Sure, paid Gmail customers can expect up to a few pounds worth of refund for last month inconveniences but that will be it. Adopting SaaS was always going to be a compromise where pricing would be paramount. Amazon and Salesforce have already suffered downtime in the past so expect more in the future.
