3 To Sell The Nokia N97 As Little As £32.78 Per Month

Hutchinson Whampoa owned 3 has announced that the N97 is now available for pre-order from the company's website and that it will be on sale officially as from tomorrow.

Nokia's flagship smartphone will cost £35 per month on a 18 month contract, meaning that users will be forking out £630 for the lifetime of the contract. 3 has bundled in 300 minutes/texts, free Skype to Skype calls and Wnidows Live messenger but no Internet.

More interestingly, you can get the PAYG version for a mere £320 and every time you top up, you will get 90 days of free voicemail, a free bundle of texts, 150 MB of internet usage as well as unlimited free Skype-to-Skype calls and IM, and Windows Live Messenger.

A £5 top up gives you £25 texts while a £25 will give you unlimited texts for the duration of the top up (which is nice) and a total of 125 minutes. Alternatively, £10 per month SIM-Only deal gives you 100 minutes, unlimited 3-to-3 as well as texts. Crucially though, going for a £15 deal offers you an additional 200 minutes per month.

So basically, rather than paying £35 per month, it is cheaper and better to go for a PAYG Nokia N97 (which costs £499 SIM Free) and subscribe to its £15 per month 30-days contract. Altogether it will cost you £32.78 and you will get all the above mentioned advantages.
