It is very likely that a RoW version of the Dell Mini 3i will come with 3G and WiFi. Chances are that those two features were actually disabled rather than totally removed from the smartphone. Let's see whether Dell brings the phone and its variants, in the UK through networks or on a SIM-free basis.
