Nokia sues Apple again

iPhone nicked our tech - claim

Nokia has thrown another law suit at Apple alleging patent violations. Things are certainly heating up between two leaders of the smartphone market.

In papers filed in a Delaware court in the United States on December 29, Nokia claims Apple has infringed seven Nokia patents in, "virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, and computers". It is demanding damages.

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) also filed a suit against Apple over the same patents. Nokia is backing this up with its damages claim.

The seven patents relate to features in Apple's user interface, camera, antenna and power management jiggery-pokery.

The companies began throwing legal briefs at each other last year after long-time top mobile phone maker, Nokia found upstart Apple nicking valuable market share with its iPhone.

This one is likely to run and run.
