HP Updates Managed Print Services Solution

In an attempt to venture into the Managed Print Services market, Hewlett-Packard, the world leader in computer and printing technology, has dished out a new enterprise software suite which is designed to help businesses to manage their printing solutions.

HP MPS Smart Decision Suite, which has been launched under HP's Imaging and Printing Group, is a set of software tools that will help businesses to look after their printing needs and avoid exceeding any costs.

Commenting on the launch of the much warranted software suite, Vyomesh Joshi , head of HP IPG, said in statement that “We wanted to make sure we were proactive and in fact predictive. We wanted to make sure we could implement all that and integrate it into customers' IT systems. Being the No. 1 IT company in the world, we believe we have the world class solution to do this.”

The company, which has registered the highest number of PC shipments in the first quarter of 2010, also reported that the MPS suite will be compatible with HP Exstream 7.0 software platform functionality, including automation of documents and interactive functionality thanks to the HP Enterprise Services' back-end services infrastructure for enterprise customers.
