Sinclair makes a Lady out of ex-stripper

British computing pioneer Sir Clive Sinclair has married his long-time fiancee in a secret Las Vegas ceremony.

The semi-retired British boffin - who pretty much single-handedly kick-started the UK's computer industry in the 80s - gave hope to the bespectacled, the balding, the ginger, the aged and the relentlessly nerdy by marrying an ex-stripper less than half his age.

One time Stringfellows lap dancer Angie Bowness declined to answer when asked why she had finally decided to marry the multi-millionaire 69-year-old after ten years of being together.

Sir Clive's life peerage will allow Angie to call herself Lady Sinclair.
