News@5: Ballmer on Android, Slow Broadband and iPhone 4G Video Conferencing

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has stated his belief that the Windows Mobile operating system is much better than Google's Android OS. Ballmer also claimed that Android isn't as free as Google says it is.
