AT&T iPad hacker busted for drugs

Coke, LSD and ecstacy found

One of the 'hackers' who exposed security flaws in AT&T's iPad customer database has been arrested for possession of drugs.

Cops raided the member of the Goatse Security group after he gave a false name to traffic cops and found cocaine, ecstacy, LSD and a number of other scheduled pharmaceuticals in his Washington home.

Andrew Auernheimer, who is also known as Escher and by his hacker handle Weev, is due to appear in court on June 18th.

The Washington County Sheriff's office wouldn't comment on why the warrant was issued, so we'll have to assume it was all a complete coincidence.
