Apple has responded to queries by members of the US House of Representatives Ed Markey from Massachusetts and Joe Barton from Texas over the location data the company collects by writing a 13 page letter.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) e-business report, developed jointly by the University of Michigan’s Business School and marketing research analysts ForeSee Results has rated the satisfaction of users on social networking site Facebook as "abysmal".
