The Chinese government has announced that it is satisfied Google now complies with Chinese law, after the search giant altered the way it directs users to an unfiltered search page.

Apple's iPad is set to be released in nine more countries from 23 July. The iPad is to go on sale in Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore on Friday.
