US-manufacturer Motorola is rumoured to be planning a 10-inch Android-based tablet that will be a direct competitor to the Apple iPad according to a pair of Analysts. Roger Crenshaw and Ashok Kumar report that Motorola will be launching such a device with Android OS 3.0 (Gingerbread) towards the end of the year.
