An American gamer is suing Korean game outfit NCsoft because he is addicted to RPG Lineage II. In this week's frivolous lawsuit, Craig Smallwood has been allowed to proceed the case against the publisher of the online game by a US federal judge following claims that the game left him unable to drag his sorry arse out of bed, talk to his family, put on clothes or wash.
