UK internet service provider Fibreband has rolled out revamped packages customers and started offering standalone broadband services courtesy of Fibrecity's fibre optic network.
According to ISPreview, the company has dished out three separate packages for its customers, available at £25.99, £29.99 and £45.99 on a per month basis.
Interestingly, Fibreband is offering a guaranteed download speed of 25Mbps and 40 Mbps in all the three packages. Customers have also been given the ability to add calls to their broadband package for an additional £2.50 per month.
The ISP explained that the additional calls package will allow users to make free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines and users can also call other Fibreband users free of charge.
However, customers would have to cut the call and redial again before 60 minutes are up, in order to continue enjoying free calls.
Fibreband is one of the two ISPs that have signed up to bring i3 Group's next generation 100Mbps Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) fibre optic Fibrecity network to Dundee.
