It is expected to bring along off-camera gossips, video clips, picture gallery, exclusive backstage clips, favourite snapshots, best moments of the show, editor’s choice and other exciting new content from the show to Nokia's compatible range of handsets.
“The app is yet another exciting way for fans to engage with this years show, contributing to a richer and more immersive experience for our audience, to get even closer to all the action and stars in the making.” stated deputy managing director of ITV, Kate Bradshaw.
The application has been developed exclusively for Finland-based mobile maker Nokia and is the latest in the series of collaboration that the brand has with the X-factor via Carphone Warehouse. A few years ago, Nokia used the series to launch "Comes With Music".
