As expected, Samsung has announced a third device, the Galaxy Player 50, based on a common hardware foundation and part of the Galaxy family. As expected it looks like a potent iPod Touch competitor and runs on Android 2.1 instead of Froyo. This unfortunate choice means that Flash compatibility is limited to Flash Lite rather than Flash Player 10.1.
