Apple Comes On Top Of Customer Satisfaction Survey

Apple’s iPhone has managed to bag the top spot for the fourth consecutive year in the customer satisfaction list by JD Power and Associates.

Apple scored 800 points on the scale of 1000 to beat mobile makers HTC and Motorola with slim margins in the customer survey index this year.

The Customer Survey study for smartphone revealed by JD Power and Associates has stated that majority of customers are satisfied with their iPhones while Motorola was second and HTC ranked third with 791 and 781 points respectively.

The list ranked Nokia last with 711 points while smartphone operating system Palm, mobile maker Samsung and Research In Motion’s Blackberry, all ranged below the average of 754.

The study, which was conducted amongst 6,800 smartphone users between the months of January and June this year by the market research firm, also stated that Americans are keeping up with their mobile phones longer than ever as they pay monthly bills that are 13 percent higher than they were three years ago.
