Microsoft has released an online tool for business customers using services hosted by its Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS).
On Monday, the software giant launched the Microsoft Online Service Health Dashboard tool to enable its customers to retrieve updated information about the functioning of suite apps, along with a 35 day history for performance and service, tech news site CRN reports.
"Today, we're taking a step forward in delivering more timely, accurate and targeted information about BPOS service status by introducing the Microsoft Online Service Health Dashboard,” said Morgan Cole, a spokesperson for Microsoft in post on Microsoft Online Services Team blog.
Cole has revealed that dashboards have been launched for three separate data centres in different regions, North America and Latin America (NOAM); Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
