Samsung Mobile and Citrix Systems have entered a partnership to work together on all upcoming Samsung smartphones and tablet devices.
The Korean electronics company plans to include receiver manufactured by Citrix Systems into its Galaxy smartphone and tablet gadgets allowing users to access number of work features including virtual desktops and numerous business applications from their Galaxy or tablet devices, reveals Information Week.
“Our Samsung Galaxy platform was created to make working on the go simple and easy for our customers. By adding Citrix Receiver, we've given enterprise customers the confidence that they can access everything they need to work remotely,” said Pete DeNagy, general manager of enterprise enablement and mobility at Samsung Mobile.
The Citrix software will turn Samsung Galaxy in to a business tool, allowing users to access even intense business applications including database and other 3 dimensional apps on the mobile phone an easy task. Owners can use the software to attend online business meeting, access corporate services and create files.
