Samsung Windows Phone 7 handset available

Mobile phone network T-Mobile that's one part of Everything Everywhere has opened up pre-ordering of the Samsung Omnia 7 mobile phone, which is due to arrive on October 21st.

This Windows Phone 7 operating based handset is free on a £35 a month contract, where the Samsung Omnia 7 is accompanied by 900 minutes, 500 text messages and a 1GB data allowance - in the guise of unlimited Internet access.

The Samsung Omnia 7 arrives with a 4-inch Super AMOLED Capacitive touch screen, with a 5 megapixel camera capable of 720P HD video recording and 8GB of internal storage.

The handset runs from a 1Ghz application processor, where Windows Phone 7 is at the core of the device with access to over 2000 applications from the Windows Marketplace app repository.

On-board is everything that Windows Phone 7 brings to the mobile, from the basis of the new OS to the Xbox live connectivity, down to the Windows Live integration.

The 6 hubs, or the main aspects of the OS are present, from the Office Hub, to the People hub - which brings in social networking feeds, that can be responded to without having to leave that person's page in the address book

T-Mobile is the first network to announce ordering of the Samsung Omnia 7 mobile phone, despite both Orange and the network Three unveiling they too will be carrying the phone last week.
