White Apple iPhone 4 Appears Online Running Verizon

Two pictures of a white version of the Apple iPhone 4 handset has surfaced online with some indication that this might be the real deal with the added bonus that it appears to run on Verizon.

Coveringweb leaked both photos which show no SIM card slot on the right because Verizon doesn't use SIM cards and a "Verizon" label at the upper left hand corner of the display.

What's more, unlike many "fake" white covers on the market, this one actually shows a completely white iPhone 4, down to the home button.

Furthermore, the fact that Verizon uses CDMA means that it is highly unlikely that the phone is a jailbroken one as AT&T and T-Mobile uses GSM networks and SIM cards.

A CDMA version of the phone is already in the pipeline as reported previously and it is almost certain that it will include some sort of fix for the iPhone 4 antenna design issue commonly known as Antennagate.

However many are saying that it could well be an elaborate hoax, one which would involve a heavy dose of photoshopping. Either way, expect the iPhone 4.5 to be out by early next year.
