One Mobile Ring recently attended the launch event of the ZTE partnership with Brightpoint, which heralds in a new venture for ZTE - where it will be retailing their own mobile phones, under their own brand name.

The first of these handsets will be arriving in Q4 of this year, with the ZTE Skate – which we have exclusively learnt will be priced at under £250 or on a contract for as low as £15 a month.

OMR managed to capture some images of the ZTE Skate, which was unveiled at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this year, as the company's flagship handset.

The Skate arrives with a large 4.3-inch screen and running from Android 'Gingerbread' 2.3, whilst being powered by an 800Mhz processor, with an Adreno 200 GPU and a 5 megapixel camera, weighing in at just 120grams.
