Mobile phone network Three has announced it will be getting the Samsung Galaxy S II in the new colour of white, September this year.
On-line mobile phone reseller Clove unveiled last week there will be a white version of the 5-million-selling Galaxy S II, along with making public it will be carrying the handset too.
No mobile phone network had laid claim to carrying the new colour of the mobile phone, or had even stated there will be any other variant – until now.
Three will be retailing the new version of the Samsung Galaxy S from last year, which arrives with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, a dual core 1.2Ghz dual-core processor and a 8.1 megapixal camera that is capable of full HD 1080p video recording.
The handset tips up running Android ‘Gingerbread’ 2.3, with the TouchWiz overlay to the OS and Samsung’s own wireless sync in Kies Air.
Three will be offering the Galaxy S II in white on a £30 a month contract, with 500 minutes, a 5,000 text message allowance, with a 1GB mobile data bundle or on the ‘One Plan’ – with 2,000 minutes, a 5,000 text message bundle and a truly unlimited data allowance.
