Hackers Post Adult Content on Sesame Street YouTube Page; Account Inactive Until Further Notice

Recently, hackers broke into the official Sesame Street account on YouTube and replaced the cartoon videos with hardcore pornography.

The videos remained on the Sesame Street YouTube account for about 20 minutes before the account was suspended; it still remains inactive.

The videos were reportedly posted by a YouTube user who frequently uploads game play videos on the platform, according to the hacked account’s profile page.

“WHO DOESN'T LOVE PORN KIDS? RIGHT! EVERYONE LOVES IT! I'M MREDXWX AND MY PARTNER MRSUICIDER91 ARE HERE TO BRING YOU MANY NICE CONTENT! PLEASE DON'T LET SESAME STEET TO GET THIS ACCOUNT BACK KIDS,” the hackers wrote on the profile page.

Even the name of the video on the YouTube channel was changed to “Sesame Street, it's where porn lives.”

But the gamer whose account was used to upload the pornographic materials adamantly denies any wrongdoing.

“I did not hack Sesame Street. I am an honest youtuber. I work hard to make quality game play videos AND MOST IMPORTANT I RESPECT THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES,” Mredxwx wrote on his YouTube page.

It is still not known how the account was hacked, but many security experts believe that the Sesame Street YouTube account had poor password protection.
