Google Posts Holiday Video and Festive Doodle

Google has posted a new video and doodle to mark the Christmas holiday season.

In the video, Santa is seen walking through Google's Mountain View headquarters, spreading joy and festivities and depositing a stash of Christmas presents.

The big red man is seen using a Samsung Galaxy Nexus device while several Google employees are also seen using Android devices like a tablet or using the NFC file transfer feature that comes with the Galaxy Nexus.

The video ends with the Android team, engaged in a snow fight and singing the ‘Jingle Bells' song will Santa clicks their photo using the Galaxy Nexus's wide screen camera shot mode, wishing everyone a happy holiday season, reports WebProNews.

The company also posted a Doodle on its search engine, which compared to other Doodle's is not that interactive, but still reminds people about the Christmas holiday.

Google's letters are replaced with a snowflake, which forms the G, with a smiling Santa, a bell, a snowman, a candle and a wrapped gift forming the rest of the letters.

Google has every reason to celebrate the holiday season with joy, with its Android Market crossing the 10 billion downloads mark and the company activating 700,000 Android devices every day.
