Free iPhone apps downloads is at an all-time high as it has been revealed that 5.65 million free iPhone apps are being downloaded every day by users across the globe.
According to a study, iPhone owners are downloading free apps at a frantic pace and a new record has been broken in November, when the number of daily downloads for the free apps, available for Apple handsets, passed the 5 million mark.
This number is with 15% higher than that of the previous month. This year's lowest figure was reached in September, when all the market was buzzing in anticipation of Apple's next generation iPhone and the pent up demand for Apple smartphones affected not only sales but app downloads as well.
The actual number of daily downloads of free iPhone apps stood at 3.80 million in September and 5.65 million in November. When it comes to cost per loyal user index, the situation is significantly different, according to Fiksu competent analysis, "The Cost per Loyal User Index measures the cost of acquiring a loyal user for brands who proactively market their apps. For the purposes of the Index, loyal users are defined as people who open an app three times or more."
The new reference reveals that September was a good month for iPhone app downloads, with the highest cost per loyal user of the year, $1.64, and since then the trend shows a declining tendencies.
