AT&T has announced it is introducing its United Communications (UC) services to businesses across the world, irrespective of their size or location, through a carrier-grade service.
The company further stated that through this new service, businesses will be able to control their costs and reduce unpredictable expenses. Also, the company designed the new UC service exclusively to meet the requirements of today's mobile workers.
According to various industry experts, the new service could prove to be really helpful for all those who often need to work virtually from anywhere, at anytime. Apart from that, it will also facilitate the ability to transit from one communication method to another.
"With AT&T Unified Communications Services individuals have full access to all of their communications tools at the tips of their fingers," said Shawn Conroy, Vice President of Voice, Collaboration and Unified Communications Services, AT&T Business Solutions, in a statement, as reported by MarketWatch.
"AT&T is breaking new ground by providing customers with simple, affordable access to carrier-grade UC functionality," he added.
The company announced it is hosting a Virtual Launch event January 26, 2012 to demonstrate the new Unified Communications as a quality service platform.
