WatchDox for iPhone, iPad lets you Annotate and Share Confidential Documents

Confidela has released an updated version of its WatchDox app, especially designed for enterprise users who need to share confidential documents.

The new update delivers a few useful annotation tools. Enterprise users can now not only share documents with customers and clients but also highlight important or questionable fragments, adding comments or questions - while all written communication remains safe from prying eyes.

As the official description reads, "WatchDox is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that allows companies to secure, track and control documents - wherever they go." According to the company, the app offers unprecedented security and ease of use with the WatchDox Virtual Data Room service that facilitates mergers and acquisitions (M&A), licensing and other transactions.

Other features include securing files with a four digit passcode in addition to the already default encryption and security features. WatchDox 2.5.0 is a free app that needs WatchDox's subscription-based services to offer the business users a secure environment, for their sensitive documents.

WatchDox is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, and requires iOS 4.0 or later.
