Carphone Warehouse subsidiary e2save, has partnered with online comparison website Uswitch, to sell the cheapest Apple iPhone 4 deal on the market with no upfront fee.
The offer, which is for a 24-month contract on Three networks, represents a saving of £129 compared to the retail price at Three and brings the total cost of ownership for the offer down to £600.
Included in the package is an 8GB iPhone 4, 300 cross network minutes, 5000 texts, 500MB data, unlimited Skype and Microsoft Live Messenger.
The phone itself costs £430 SIM free/unbranded, which means that an equivalent SIM free deal would cost just over £7. In comparison, the cheapest iPhone 4S costs around £35 per month on a two year package (ed : the PAYG version of the phone costs £400 from Three Networks).
The iPhone 4 will be two years old in 2012 but is still a capable device. Its screen - which boasts one of the highest pixel densities on the market - and its design are as good as it gets.
It features a single core Cortex A8 system on chip, a 3.5-inch screen, Wi-Fi, a front facing camera and Apple's iOS 5 operating system. Sadly though, Apple has retired the 16GB and 32GB versions of the phone.
