Samsung Galaxy Note Available On Vodafone For £26 Per Month

by Desire Athow, 10 Apr, 2012 News

Phones4U is selling the Samsung Galaxy Note, which a senior Samsung employee presented as the follow up to the Samsung Galaxy S2, for a mere £26 per month with a couple of interesting goodies.

The deal, available on Vodafone's Your Plan MI26, comes with 3000 texts, 300 minutes, 500MB data (including three months on Vodafone Test Data Promo - which gives unlimited data allowance) as well as free unlimited Wi-Fi for the duration of your contract.

Samsung also throws in free London 2012 football tickets with the phone (as well as any Galaxy S II and Galaxy Nexus handsets) as part of the deal.

The Galaxy Note itself is still a very decent handset even though more recent rivals from HTC, Sony Mobile, Huawei and ZTE trump its configuration.

For a start, it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread rather than Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is also powered by a dual core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, has 1GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage, Wi-Fi, DLNA compatibility, Bluetooth, a massive 5.3-inch 1,280 by 800 pixel display, Gorilla Glass, a S Pen Stylus and much more.
