Nokia 808 PureView pre-orders are now being taken at Clove UK and anyone wanting the smartphone, with the most impressive camera on the market, it can be purchased for just £420.

This price includes a SIM-free handset, otherwise known as unlocked, and excludes VAT taxes. Adding the taxes would set buyers back, £504.

Although the retailer is already accepting pre-orders, a delivery date has not been mentioned. Earlier information has pegged the device for a mid-May arrival in Europe, or possibly late-April.

The phone can also be bought from unlocked-mobiles.com, a website that prices the handset at £465. This includes all taxes, free delivery and also a two year warranty. Here, pre-orders started a month ago and the delivery date was set for the 23rd of April.

The Nokia 808 PureView is an impressive device that sports a massive 41-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics. It also has a 4in AMOLED display with a 640 by 360 pixel resolution, 512MB of RAM, a single core ARM11 based chip clocked at 1.3GHz and 16GB of internal storage.

The body is made from polycarbonate and accommodates a microSD card slot, with a panel built using Gorilla glass technologies, a HDMI port and also Bluetooth 3.0. It has a 1400 mAh battery and supports both NFC and DLNA.

The Nokia 808 PureView was introduced a couple of months ago in Barcelona, at the Mobile World Congress event, and runs on Symbian Belle Feature Pack 1.
