Amazon has become the third online retailer to ship the Samsung Galaxy S3 for under £500 which sets the standard for the rest of the competition out there, three weeks before the device goes on sale in the UK.
The Galaxy S3 was launched last week and comes with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 1,280 by 720 pixels display, a quad core Exynos 4412 processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 1GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage, an eight-megapixel camera with a two-megapixel front facing one.
What sets it apart from the competition though is an array of unique features like the Smart Stay feature, S Beam, Pop Up Play or Direct Call which Samsung says, makes of the Galaxy S3, the most human mobile device ever made.
Still, it will face some serious competition not least from its own siblings like the Galaxy Nexus, the Galaxy Note and the Galaxy S2 which share a number of features and cost significantly less.
