Mobile phone operator O2 is now offering the cheapest contract for the Samsung Galaxy S3 from Affordablemobiles as far as total cost of ownership is concerned at £606, which equates to around £25.25 per month.
The deal consists of an initial fee of £90 with a £21.50 monthly contract spread over two years. You do get only 100 minutes, unlimited texts, 500MB mobile internet browsing, UK Wi-Fi via O2 and BT Openzone and Priority Moments.
Given that the selling price of the device is just under £500, this is actually a pretty good deal given that it is essentially a loan where the customer pays £100 worth of interest over two years and still get a two-year contract.
The phone weighs only 133g, is 8.6mm thick, has Android Ice Cream Sandwich, a massive 2100mAh battery and will be released on the 30th of May. All the major networks including Talk Mobile have already announced the phone on their networks.
