O2 Priority Moments Goes Social

O2 has announced today that they will be using social media to decide which brands will feature on its O2 Priority Moments platform.

Customers across the UK will be invited to cast their vote on which companies they wish to see on Priority Moments. These suggestions will then be used by O2 to campaign on the customers' behalf to gain these special deals.

O2 customers can vote by tweeting the name of a brand and/or a deal using #o2prioritymoments or posting on the O2 Facebook page.

Priority Moments was launched in July 2011 and delivers special deals from leading brands to O2's 22 million UK customers.

Customers have benefitted from access to over 3,400 offers from over 300 brands in the UK. The total savings by O2 customers comes to over £7.5m.

Recent offers included brands such as Ocado, HMV, Odeon, BHS, Toni & Guy and Accessorize.

“Priority Moments is all about creating great experiences and adding value for our customers," O2 Marketing and Consumer Director, Sally Cowdry said. "Now we want to take that a step further by asking them to tell us what brands they would like us to approach for new offers via Priority Moments. We recognize that times are tough and budgets are tight across many UK households so this is a further demonstration of how we’re listening to our customers and promising to deliver on their behalf."
