Talktalk has reintroduced unlimited download allowance on its lowest priced contract, the Essentials package, scrapping the previous 40GB monthly data allowance and possibly linked to the forthcoming ban on the Pirate Bay which could significantly reduce P2P traffic on Talktalk's network. The promotion will last until the 25th of July 2012. The ISP says that the unlimited download allowance is subjected to fair usage policy and will curb any non critical P2P traffic...
