Acer has launched a new range of all-in-one computers targeting business and enterprise users. The company touts its Veriton Z46xx series as being the "next generation [of] computing in the SMB network."

The computers ship in either 21.5in or 23in options, both with full high-definition two-point touchscreens, 5ms monitor response and an Intel HD Graphics card. The Z46xx boasts a powerful Intel Core i3 processor, with up to 8GB RAM. The devices ship with up to 1.5TB of storage, as well as four USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports.

The computers' specs are similar to those of Acer's Veriton Z line, but feature extra storage space and power for ostensibly better performance. The Z46xx series features a space-saving design, in a black and silver matte case.

For security, an important draw for business users, the Z46xx range comes with Acer ProShield, the company's suite of security management tools. Other bundled software packages include Acer's Backup Manager, to help back-up and protect data from crashes, and Acer eRecovery Management, for safely restoring to factory settings or to user-configured settings.

Neither prices nor release dates for the Z46xx series have yet been made available.
