E2Save.com, a subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse, is selling a refurbished version of the Nokia Lumia 710, probably the best value Windows Phone handset on the market for £7.50 per month on a two year contract, with a TCO of £180.

That is only a 37 per cent premium on the price of the SIM free version of the Lumia 710. The contract on Talkmobile Smart comes with 250 minutes, 5000 texts and 500MB data which is more than enough for light users.

The Lumia 710 was launched last year and comes with a powerful single core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.4GHz, the same as the Nokia Lumia 800 and Lumia 900. In comparison, the marginally cheaper Lumia 610 comes with a 800MHz processor.

There's also a 3.7in 800 x 480 pixels display, full Xbox Live integration, Windows Phone marketplace, 8GB on-board storage, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, HD video recording, Wi-Fi, GPS, Windows Mango 7.5 and an estimated talk time of more than 400 minutes.

At £7.50 per month, this is probably the cheapest Windows Phone contract in the country and one of the best value deals on the market.
