When we think we know a product or how to perform a task well, we often think there is nothing that we don't know or that can surprise us about the product or task.

For example, many professional Word 2010 users are often surprised when they discover the multitude of predefined document templates that could simplify their tasks. In the same way, we can hear and be shown how to use various components within the Office 365 family but it is only when we use the products such as Lync, web apps, SharePoint and so on that the light bulbs switch on in our heads and we begin to see aspects that we never saw or considered before.
