Currys has announced that it will be giving away an “exclusive” bundle of software and services worth £200 to those who purchase a laptop or PC until 12 September. The deal overlooks tablets and hybrids like the Asus Transformer but includes Apple products.
The bundle consists of a data transfer voucher worth £30, one year worth of health check (for your device!) worth £50, a £10 Knowhow movie e-voucher, two months’ free subscription to the Times’ digital newspaper, 40 songs from eMusic, three apps from the Knowhow app centre, two hours of call time with Skype and 42 digital magazines courtesy of online library Zinio.
Customers will have to register on Currys website until 12 October to get their reward pack. The company has also announced that it will be giving customers £150 when they trade-in their old laptop for an Intel Ultrabook between the 2 and 24 October.
Those making a £200 or more purchase will also get a £50 voucher between 1 November and 14 November. The offer is only valid instore and can only be exchanged against Currys own products.
Terms and conditions apply for each promotion and it would be interesting to see whether refurbished products and/or additional vouchers can be included in last two deals.
