£290 LG Optimus 4X HD: The original quad-core smartphone now available for even less

If you can’t wait for the LG-built Google Nexus 4 (which costs almost the same as this smartphone), you might want to consider the LG Optimus 4X HD smartphone which costs a mere £280 at AffordableMobiles.

The device runs on an Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC with 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage and a microSD card slot. There’s also a 4.7in True HD-IPS display with a 1,280x720 pixel resolution, an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and full HD video recording, Corning Gorilla Glass, a massive removable 2,150mAh battery that allows a talktime of nearly 11 hours on 3G and Android 4.0 ICS.
