Just one week from today, the waiting will finally be over for RIM and its new BlackBerry 10 platform. With such little time left for the pre-launch rumour mill to churn, details are starting to shore up a little, with possible price points and new screenshots surfacing.
In terms of the former, BGR suggests the reported BlackBerry Z10 handset – which could be unveiled alongside the BlackBerry X10 next week – will creep into the lower-cost category despite being a flagship phone.
The site claims to have heard that the Z10 will be cheaper than most of its notable smartphone peers and expects it to cost around “$149 (£94) or below with a two year agreement.”
Meanwhile, BGR has got its hands on a host of screenshots for the all-important BlackBerry 10 operating system. Below you can see two menu screens, and also the settings tab for the BlackBerry Hub – which is set to feature as a major part of the BB10 experience.
