Head over to Three if you want to grab an affordable Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone on that network. Three sells it for only £350 excluding a compulsory £10 top up. You can get the smartphone on contracts from as little as £26 per month on a two-year contract.
The Galaxy S3 will be replaced in a few weeks’ time by the Samsung Galaxy S4 which will be released in New York. In comparison, the Galaxy S3 was unveiled at the beginning of May 2012 and went on sale around four weeks later.
The handset was the third quad-core smartphone to reach the UK after the HTC One X and the LG Optimus 4X HD. It featured a quad-core SoC from Samsung, the Exynos 4412 clocked at 1.4GHz. Other features include a 4.8in 1,280 x 720 pixel Super AMOLED display, an 8-megapixel camera, Android 4.0 ICS, full HD video recording, a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage and a 2,100mAh battery.
Samsung also included a number of software-only features like S Voice, S Beam or Smart Stay, all of which use specific Android features. You can check out our review of the Samsung Galaxy S3 here. As for the Galaxy S4, why not read what we suspect the handset will be all about.
