Deal: £150 Motorola RAZRi Android Smartphone

Orange's eBay outlet is currently clearing out the Motorola Razr i smartphone for £170, a price that includes free delivery, a £20 top-uo, a free Philips Bluetooth speaker (the SBT300/05) and 170 Nectar points. The smartphone was unveiled last year and this bundle includes 3GB data allowance and unlimited texts on the Dolphin tariff.

The Motorola Razr i was unveiled in London last year and is powered by a single-core Intel Atom processor clocked at up to 2GHz. Other notable titbits include 1GB of RAM, 8GB onboard storage, a microSD card slot.

Also, it is only 8mm thick, comes with a 4in edge-to-edge, 1,280 x 720 pixel Super AMOLED display covered with Gorilla Glass, a dedicated camera button for its 8-megapixel camera, a front-facing 1.2-megapixel one, a splash guard coating, up to 20 hours talk time, a Kevlar back, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.

Motorola also bundled a few of its own features including SMARTactions and a semi-customised user interface. £150 is not a lot for such a device and one wonders whether this indicates that Motorola will unveil yet another mainstream device soon.
