Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 was unveiled at IFA earlier this month and it is already on preorder at Phones4U, together with the Galaxy Gear, which was also announced in Berlin. The online retailer is offering both devices on a special bundle that also includes £75 worth of content from Samsung's hub as well as a wireless speaker apparently worth £120 and three months' free Wi-FI.
Perhaps the best-value-for-money deal would be the Vodafone 4G one which offers unlimited minutes and texts plus 8GB worth of data for £48 per month on a two year contract. You will also have to fork out an extra £200 on top of the a £29 upfront fee for the Galaxy Gear smart watch.
The total cost of ownership, all inclusive, reaches, £1381 or an effective monthly fee of £57.54. Not that bad given that the phone costs around £600 by itself. Speaking of that phablet, notable features include 32GB of RAM, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC clocked at 2.3GHz, 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5.7in Super AMOLED display with a full HD resolution and more.
