Rüdiger Riediger was originally destined to be a brillant Astrophysicist.

Unfortunately (at least for his colleagues and co-workers), he jumped ship and joined Sun Microsystems's Network Security Group; a task fit for a Cosmologist.

Ben catches up with him and discusses about his role within Sun's Internal Emergency Response Team as well as a few advices on Incidence Management and how to manage the stress related to technology related issues.
